About the Firm

A consulting practice built on documentation, defensibility, and depth.

Northwest Ohio HR Consulting was founded to provide senior-level human resources and operations expertise to organizations that need experienced guidance without the cost of a full-time executive hire. Engagements are scoped to produce durable, audit-ready systems rather than short-term fixes.

The firm is led by Noah Winkelman, a credentialed human resources professional holding the PHR and SHRM-CP designations. His background includes HR leadership, compliance program design, training and development, employment law application, and operational infrastructure across professional services, healthcare, behavioral health, and small to mid-sized employer settings.

Direct operational experience shapes the firm's approach more than theory alone. Every deliverable is designed to be defensible under audit, sustainable for internal staff to maintain, and aligned with applicable law.

If a system is not written down, it does not exist. Every engagement leaves the client with infrastructure they own and can continue to use.
